WRITING & SPOKEN WORD

Writing:

In select courses, PNAP students work with their instructors to develop creative and scholarly writing for publication in class anthologies. These self-published booklets are distributed to the authors at Stateville and are shared by PNAP at our exhibitions and events and on our website. PDFs of PNAP anthologies can be viewed and downloaded below.

Please contact PNAP to inquire about use of materials at contactpnap@gmail.com.

Audio of mixed sound and poetry developed in a class taught by Marvin Tate and supported by the Poetry Foundation. PNAP was not able to record to poets at the prison, so the work is read by Marvin Tate and Baylee Champion. Joe Jeffers mixed the sound. 2015.
